What is free?
The example reading and room guides are free to explore. A personalized preview shows your photo and the report structure. Your full scores, findings and checklist require purchase.
Is this a subscription?
No. The planned launch offer is one payment for one original room reading and its included follow-up.
What does the follow-up include?
One successful scan of the same room after you make changes. A failed analysis or unsuitable photo does not use that allowance. Keep your original reading to use the follow-up and comparison.
Can I scan another room?
A different room requires a separate purchase. A follow-up does not include another free follow-up, and deleting a completed follow-up does not restore it.
What happens after a refund?
A refund revokes access to the original reading and its associated follow-up.
